My thesis, "The Impact of Leadership Styles on Career Paths: A Comparative Analysis of BGE University Alumni Entrepreneurs and Traditional Career Professionals" examines how Leadership styles affect career paths. It compares BGE University's students' professional goals to ten leadership styles: Charismatic, Transactional, Transformational, Servant, Coaching, Pacesetting, Affiliative, Democratic, Authoritative and coercive. Findings show that Charismatic Leaders are entrepreneurial and use their influence to persuade. Transactional Leaders prefer structured, reward-based environments that meet corporate obligations. Technology attracts transformational leaders who want to innovate and change. Servant leaders prefer community-focused careers that nurture others. Coaching Leaders seek corporate or consulting roles to mentor and develop others. Professionals who set high standards are drawn to entrepreneurship and academia. Socially skilled marketing, communications, and HR jobs are preferred by affiliative leaders. Democratic leaders value collaborative, diverse work environments, and inclusive decision-making. Authoritarian leaders seek international business roles that require vision and leadership. Combining leadership styles, Coercive Leaders prefer international business settings where they can make a big impact while being ethical. The thesis emphasizes ethical leadership. work-life balance, and aligning leadership styles with personal values and career goals. It also emphasizes student organizations, internships, and mentorship programs in shaping future leaders and students' diverse leadership development approaches. This thesis sheds light on the next generation of leaders, showing how leadership styles affect career choices, achievements, and contributions across industries and society. This study helps explain leadership and professional development in today's changing workplace.
